I graduated from Utah State University with a master's in mathematics. I also have a minor in Statistics from my undergrad degree and my thesis was on effects that contribute to student success in developmental math courses. I began working at a treatment center for troubled youth immediately after in 2015, where I still work today. (read more)
...I've always loved both mathematics and science, and I excelled in these courses throughout my years in school, especially math. It was always my strongest subject, and I'm excited to be able to help other students with it! ...It is not my job to teach, or re-teach, the student my way of doing things. That can potentially make things worse. I have been a very successful tutor at WSU, having had several students request me for subsequent semesters of tutoring. (read more)
