...I use timers and token systems to encourage my students to stay focused and then reward them when they have. For example, with one of my clients, I will set a timer for five minutes of work time and then he gets a one minute "active" break. Each time he has the chance to earn a token and then he can turn in the tokens at the end of our session, for 5 min. of free game time on my phone. (read more)
