...My approach to teaching is to honestly adapt to the needs of my learner. I first try to get to know the individual on some form of level to understand the best approach to teach them. My ability to quickly connect with individuals has helped me form these relationships to enhance the learning process as it is my core belief that it much harder to learn from someone you do not like.
