...I passed Praxis I through my coursework as an undergraduate at University of California Berkeley when I received my Bachelor of Arts in Economics and as a graduate student at Columbia University where I received my MBA. ...As a language arts teacher, I would always prefer to teach vocabulary in context, as research and experience shows that this is the most effective method. Still, teaching vocabulary in discrete lessons as part of the Language Arts curriculum has benefits as students approach their college entrance examinations.
