...I don't simply do students' work for them, but rather try to explain things in a way that the teacher or professor did not, so that the student will do well without someone coaching them during exams. I view my tutoring as a way to put myself out of a job. If I can make sure a student doesn't need my help anymore, I have succeeded as a tutor. (read more)
