...In both of these areas, it is very important to teach children study skills. In reading I teach study skills for comprehension, spelling and learning vocabulary. As a special education teacher, it is very important to teach study skills for reading, math, and spelling as many children with learning difficulties have memory issues and need to learn techniques to use ro retain information.
