...Any score from any student can be increased, even to the 1550+ range, and my goal is to demonstrate this idea. In my preparation for the SAT, I went through many practice books (Princeton Review, Barron's, the Black Book, etc.) and ultimately narrowed down a successful approach. ...I focus on understanding and problem solving rather than rote learning. Also, I pay close attention to the student's current grasp of the subject matter, review needed background material, and adjust the pace of instruction accordingly.
