Problem solved; by Author: http://www.thevbprogrammer.com/

6512 / 8 = 814 remainder 0
814 / 8 = 101 remainder 6
101 / 8 = 12 remainder 5
12 / 8 = 1 remainder 4
1 / 8 = 0 remainder 1

I use reminder method to convert decimal numbers to hexadecimal or octal.
6512 / 8 = 814 --- reminder: 0
814 / 8 = 11 --- reminder: 6
11 / 8 = 1 --- reminder: 3
1 / 8 = 0 --- reminder:1
result: 1360
But, when i use calculator, 814 / 8 = 101.75; instead of 11. Why?
With calculator, result is 14560.

You might want to check your arithmetic on this step. You should get the same values as were provided a couple weeks' previous in this thread. :roll:
