Intermediate Alegebra MAT108 word problem

I need help with a homework problem... If anyone is able to give it a try I would be so greatful!! thanks in advance!!

the height (h) in feet, of a ball above the ground "t" seconds after being thrown upward with a velocity of 48ft/s is given by -16ft^2 + 48t +5 after how many seconds will the ball be 37 ft above the ground?

put '37' in for h: 37=-16t^2+48t+5. then solve the quadratic eqn 16t^2-48t+32=0 (take 16 out 1st: t^2-3t+2=0)
