Are you saying that you need to read the numbers in this list "in the Indian method of formatting", or are you saying that this list is actually one number "in Indian formatting" and you need to read it the usual way? Also, what is "Indian formatting"?

There's an article on that here. It looks like this is equal to

18,446,774,073,309,551,615

in "english" numbers. That's 18 quintillion+. It looks like there's different way to do the numbers in "indian" and they maybe don't do names for as big as what you gave. There's another article here that shows some other names and talks about how to use the names. I can't find any converters online. Good luck.
