As an Early Childhood Educator, I speak properly with my students, during each school day. If I, as their teacher, utilize proper grammar, then they will model my behavior and speak properly as well. At the Early Childhood level, this strikes me as very important, since most students have first exposure to language through the spoken word. (read more)
...I have a lot of patience if it takes longer for students to catch on the certain concepts. I am also very creative with trial and error of methods that work and ones that do not work and then fix them. With that being said, I willingly accept any feedback from both the student and their parents/guardians. (read more)
