...The focus of my PhD research has been the genetics of veterinary oncology, particularly canine osteosarcoma and grey horse melanoma. I have designed and completed various benchwork experiments and computational analysis with scRNAseq and CRISPR Cas9 targeted enrichment being the main tools.
